2- Many of you may have heard of intermittent fasting, but did you know the health benefits (other than weight loss)? Tell me what you learned, what you think about it and if you’ve ever done or have considered doing it. Which method have you tried/would try and what would be your reasons for living this type of lifestyle? Do you know anyone who practices intermittent fasting? What do they have to say about it?
3- Please note you do NOT need to practice intermittent fasting to be healthy and it is NOT for everyone! There are some for which fasting might cause more harm than good. What populations should avoid intermittent fasting and for what reasons?
