Effective student-led instruction involves learners and instructors working together in practice of content and delivery/use of feedback to demonstrate understanding and competency. Describe the next two “conditions” of Gagne’s nine events of instruction: Eliciting performance and providing feedback as student-centered strategies within a lesson. Include:

- Describe the rational and/or timing for best practices of both, using scholarly support
- Provide a specific example or strategy of each, showing best student-centered strategies, in an area/level of your choice.
