3. Your professional assessment of the merit of the ideas presented by the author.
4. How you could apply what you learned from the author in your organizational or personal situation.
Note: this MUST include SPECIFIC examples and be a minimum of 1 page in length.
The final paper MUST include citations/references to the book (Use APA format!). In other words, support all your statements with citations to the book.
Note: ALL PAPERS should include references to the readings (tie in concepts/theory from the textbook to the application/article) and follow APA writing guidelines (cover page, running head, short head, reference page, page numbering, double-spaced, 1-inch margins, 12-point Times Roman or Courier font).
