A behavior contract for teens is a parent-teen contract that defines expectations, responsibilities and consequences.
There are many things that can be included in a behavior contract. For this course project read the following case study and develop a simple behavior contract for Aaron. Please review chapter 23 of your text and use online resources to support the goals of your contract. No more than 2 pages and make sure you reference your 2 sources.
Aaron is a 15-year-old boy who attends a local public high school in an industrialized area of the city. He lives with his mom, dad and two brothers, Will aged 9 and Brad aged 11 years. Both parents work and leave Aaron in charge of his brothers while they are at work. Aaron has recently been in trouble with the law, having stolen some goods from the local bike shop but was let off as this was his first offence and he had previously been of good behavior. Aaron has not been doing well at school and his parents want to get him back on track. Aaron takes no responsibility for household chores and spends most of his time in his room playing video games.
