- Analyze one primary source, and its authors view of equality (and inequality), within the historical context of industrialization.
- Make sure to identify what their idea of equality includes and excludes, who it includes and excludes, who are the winners and losers of industrialization, and the problems created.
- Contextualize the viewpoint of the author in their place and time, keeping in mind who they are, who their audience is, and how their experiences and position in history impacts their perspective.
